Claims, Allegations, and Evidence
A public-awareness report with the full title "Claims, Allegations, and Evidence", subtitled "A case study of Abil Sudarman and ASSAI for public literacy on verifying influencers, digital education, and the risk of false accusation". It contains an executive summary, a list of exhibits with an assessment of their limitations, a discussion of the Dunning-Kruger effect, legal context and mapping of provisions, recommended actions, and references.
Note: The document states that it is not a ruling, not a criminal accusation and not legal advice; it does not use the words "fraud", "fake degree", "false identity" or "unauthorised use of a brand" as factual conclusions about Abil Sudarman or ASSAI. Its pages are images, so the text cannot be searched or read by screen readers; this description is what can be searched.

Product Name vs Curriculum Content
A consumer-awareness report: a review of the marketing claims of one "AI-Powered Data Analysis" training programme (16 hours, Rp 2,140,000 per participant). It compares the programme name with the six published curriculum modules, using a five-dimension analysis, a findings and risk-level matrix, and recommendations. Composite score for how well the claim matches the reported content: 3.6 out of 10.
Note: The document states that it is consumer-literacy education, not a legal opinion, not a criminal accusation and not a final verdict on the organiser's good faith. Its conclusion holds as far as the programme is run as described on the registration page, based on four screenshots of public pages.

Brands and Works Are Not Common Property
Advocacy and public awareness about copyright and trademark rights in Indonesia's digital space, written as a legal opinion and educational material with four case studies. It covers the Indonesian legal framework and international exposure, mens rea analysis, legal consequences, an ethical call for the digital sphere, and an appendix of visual documentation.
Note: Only case study 3 (claims of roles and institutional logos in personal branding, Abil Sudarman/ASSAI) concerns Abil Sudarman; the other three case studies concern other parties. The document states that it is not a court ruling and not a proven criminal accusation, and that the parties named are entitled to the presumption of innocence and the right of reply.
